Yenifer grew up in lush landscapes of Gigante, where coffee runs deep in her family’s roots. 15 years ago, she embarked her journey in the coffee world, starting with cupping classes that ignited a passion for understanding the nuances of flavour and quality.
Yenifer took over her parents legacy, taking it to new heights and combining tradition with innovation. The farm spans 4 hectares and with a richness in soil and the ideal climate, it provides the perfect backdrop for cultivating exceptional varieties like Geisha and Bourbons. Each bean reflects the care and precision Yenifer pours into her work, driven by her love for producing coffee that delights drinkers worldwide.
