Our flagship blend, the first for Pearhaus and courtesy of two outstanding coffees. Our aim was to pack as much chocolate, caramel and nuts into the coffee that has a sweet fruity finish. Great for all brew methods, but our favourite as espresso based drinks - black or with your go to milk choice!
This Birdhaus blend is made up of a Guatemalan washed coffee produced by Smallholders from Huehuetenango and a Brazil Natural sourced from Unic Coffee from producers Adonai and Burno Silverio, Serra Dos Borges farm in Minas Gerais.
